Only one account per person is permitted on taya714. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in duplicate accounts.

Section 03

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya714 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other person's account.

taya714 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Game Rules & Fairness

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya714 platform solely for personal and recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any taya714 content without the express prior written consent of taya714.

Limitation of Liability

taya714 provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.

taya714's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by you to your taya714 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Upon account closure, taya714 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied. Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or serious Terms violations may have their balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in the Philippines.
